What we needed to solve
Rebuild a temporarily unavailable legacy presence from recoverable source material while making many developments easier to understand and explore.
How we shaped the build
A graphite, mineral, and warm-metal palette supports a structured project atlas, development pages, construction proof, and direct visit pathways.
Property developer website
One index for every ZEM development, with a page for each
ZEM Builders is a property developer with residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across Islamabad and Rawalpindi, including Bahria Town and Bahria Enclave. Xsofty rebuilt its website from recoverable source material, organizing the portfolio into a filterable development index, a page for each development, a news and notices section and a visit request form.
The brief
The earlier ZEM website was temporarily unavailable, so the content had to be recovered from what remained and rebuilt into a new structure. The portfolio covers retail, apartments, offices and mixed-use towers across two cities, and each development has different published details. The site had to let a visitor find a development by name, city or use, read its facts, and then contact the sales team about a residential unit, commercial space or a site visit.
The design direction
The homepage leads with the developments rather than the company. Three of them, ZEM Ark, ZEM Gardenia and Liberty Tower, are introduced by city, use and a single line on what sets each apart, before the full index. A project information block sets out the portfolio's scope and directs questions about current availability, pricing and timelines to the sales team. A request-a-visit link stays in the main navigation and closes each page.
The build
The development index lists every project with its city and use, and filters by residential, commercial or mixed-use. Each development page shows its location, region and the specifications the developer has published, such as floors, plot area and launch date, then links to the next development. An updates page carries project imagery and official notices. The enquiry form asks for the enquiry type and the development of interest, then opens a pre-addressed email. Each page has its own search title and description.
What improved
- 01A development index filtered by residential, commercial and mixed-use
- 02A page for each development with its published specifications
- 03An updates section for project news and official notices
- 04An enquiry form that names the development of interest
In the client's own words
For a property business, the website has to create confidence before a conversation even starts. Xsofty gave our projects a stronger presentation and made the information easier to follow across desktop and mobile. The finished site feels serious, modern, and appropriate for ZEM Builders.
