What we needed to solve

Consolidate a heavy, fragmented property website into a decisive sales experience while retaining the development's real architectural media and unit journeys.

How we shaped the build

Obsidian surfaces, restrained gold accents, editorial architecture, and purposeful motion establish a clear route from project positioning to residences and enquiry.

Mixed-use launch website

Residences, commerce and hospitality in DHA Multan, on one page

Serene Tower is a mixed-use development in DHA Multan, Pakistan, where twin towers bring together apartments, commercial space and hospitality. Xsofty designed and built its launch website, a single scrolling page that takes visitors through the residences, commercial offer, hotel, amenities and location to booking a visit.

01

The brief

Serene Tower combines three offers in one development: homes, from studios to penthouses; commercial units for retail, offices, dining and healthcare; and hospitality. The website had to give each of these a clear place without turning into several sites in one. It also had to keep the material the developer already had, including exterior film, 360-degree apartment tours, a catalogue and a payment plan, and lead every visitor toward the sales team.

02

The design direction

The first screen names the three parts of the development, private life, business and hospitality, so visitors see the scope before any detail. An exterior film follows. Each audience then gets its own section: residences as four plan types, and commerce as four kinds of space, including a Doctors Avenue for healthcare practices, followed by amenities and location. Numbered labels keep the order clear as the page lengthens.

03

The build

Each residence type links to an immersive tour, and a later section gathers four apartment tours in one place for visitors who want to walk through before calling. The location section opens the development in Google Maps. The closing section offers three direct routes to the sales team: a phone call, email, and a WhatsApp message already written to request a visit. The catalogue and the payment plan are linked from the footer.

What improved

  • 01One page covering residences, commercial space, hospitality and amenities
  • 02An immersive tour for each apartment type
  • 03Visit booking by phone, email or WhatsApp
  • 04The catalogue and payment plan linked in the footer

In the client's own words

Xsofty understood that the Serene Tower website needed to feel credible, clear, and easy to explore. The team gave the project a polished presentation without making the experience complicated. Communication stayed practical throughout, and the finished website represents the development well.
